Client Highlights
Open Concept Main Floor – Kitchener, ON
The Challenge:
Kitchen is closed off from living room. Both areas are small, dark and in need of an update. The kitchen lacks storage and a usable work surface.
The Solution:
Open up the space by removing the adjoining wall, change the kitchen layout to include an island and walk in pantry. Install white cabinets on the exterior walls that extend to the ceiling. Maximizing storage makes the space feel larger. Installed luxury vinyl floors and painted both kitchen and living room a soft blue connects the two rooms together, providing a large living area and entertaining space.
The Result:
Bright, open concept space to live in, cook in while still being part of the family interaction. A place for all your kitchen gadgets, keeping your space clean when entertaining company.
Rearranging your basement to gain a shower and more storage – Kitchener, ON
The Challenge:
Small basement with no storage for seasoning items, a 2 piece bathroom under the stairs that you can not close the door fully when you’re inside.
The Solution:
Change the layout of the basement laundry-storage room to include floor to ceiling shelving, allowing for easy accessible storage. Relocate the bathroom to the other side of the basement and upgrade it to include a 5′ shower and heated towel shelf/bar. Still have a spacious family room for movie nights and a computer area.
The Result:
Design, functional, luxury items can be combined in a small space. Ensuring all needs are met with purpose in mind.
